The Story
From the appraisal desk to national partnerships.
I’m a business development and partnerships leader in the valuation space, focused on helping financial institutions and credit unions scale. My experience spans institutional growth, appraisal network development and national valuation strategy, with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance and operational consistency.
My path began in Calgary as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in 2014, then moved through appraisal quality assurance, enterprise risk and portfolio management at BMO, and leadership of RPS’ national appraiser network. Today I lead strategic relationships for RPS, aligning institutional needs with scalable valuation and data solutions.
